Overall, I am very pleased with the smoothness and general experience of my purchase (even though I noticed that the price dropped slightly within one week). The XPC is working very well.
Your online tracking system did not work with my Windows NT system at work BUT it did work fine from my Win XP system at home. I guess it must be a problem with the email system I have at work.
I would definitely consider buying from you again in the future and have recommended you on several web sites).

Hi there,
I would just like to say how thoroughly impressed I have been with your customer service. Firstly on Thursday of last week I telephoned your sales team to check the CPU offered as part of a bundle package with a Qbic system I was interested in. The young man I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and assured me that the processor was the one I was looking for and not the cheaper version that some companies were selling. I phone through to your sales team again. The order was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was told that if there were any problems you would be in contact with me. On friday the young man I spoke with, Jamal (sp) I think his name was, telephoned me to say that the system I had ordered had not been sent out as promised because of a problem with the CPU I had ordered as part of my package. I was assured that the CPU was now in stock though and that my system would be with me no later than noon on monday as my postage was upgraded to make up for the delay. Imagine my surprise when on Monday, as promised, my system arrived before noon! I cannot tell you how happy this made me. So many companies these days promise but cannot deliver on that promise. I am glad to say though that after the excellent customer service we received from your company we will be more inclined to use you in the future and even recommend you to any of our customers. Once more I would like to thank your sales man and the company for the excellent service. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Just a note to say thank you for the product that you have just
dispatched to me. Although I found the web site a little confusing at
first everything about the purchase of my new Shuttle PC has been
excellent. The product was delivered on time, the product is of
excellent build quality and a pleasure to use.
People often only take the time to provide feedback when they have a
complaint. I thought I would take the same to provide positive feedback
on the basis of being a very satisfied customer.
Although only received yesterday, I have already been recommending your

15 July 2003 A very happy customer (SHUTTLE PC) |
Greetings from the sun kissed mud flats of the Mersey. I last talked to you late on Wed afternoon on 9th July when I ordered the above PC. Then at 7.30 on the Friday morning, still with sleep in my eyes the package was duly delivered. what a great service and I am delighted with the Shuttle which is quiet and compact and what's more I will now be able to enjoy reading again with my screen reader without the drone of my old PC which sounded rather like a delinquent hairdryer.
Many thanks for your help and guidance when I was making enquiries and over the subsequent order. Please also pass on my thanks to the person who made up the computer for me.
